3. Known_Problems_and_Workarounds
o When you start the systemtour, it switches you to a new
desk call "Tour". When you quit the systemtour, it is
supposed to return you to your original desk.
Occasionally, this does not happen so when you quit the
systemtour you remain on the Tour desk. You can easily
return to your original using the Desks Overview tool.
Choose Desks Overview from the Desktop toolchest. Once
the tool comes up, place your cursor on your original
desk and double-click the left mouse button.
o While running the systemtour, if audio is playing and
you click on Return, Help, or Quit in the Control
Panel, the audio will go into fast forward mode and
sound like a jumble of sounds. Nothing is wrong with
your audio. Continue on through the systemtour and the
next audio segment will play properly.
