S-Edit(tm) is a schematic editor that provides easy operation and modification of circuit schematics as a stand-alone product or tightly integrated with other tools in the Tanner Tools(tm) family. When operated with L-Edit(tm), Tanner's full custom ASIC layout editor, the user can instantly switch back and forth between the schematic and layout views. S-Edit supports "Dynamic Libraries" that allows the user to algorithmically compose complex schematics and symbols and easily modify properties attached to each instance of a symbol. These libraries are powerful, flexible and easy to use and maintain. S-Edit can serve as a schematic entry front end for the T-Spice(tm) circuit simulator and provides support for EDIF 2.0.0 and SPICE netlists.
