NCSIMUL

NCSIMUL is a NC-Tool path machining simulation software for debudding, optimizing and processing part programs for NC machine-tools. NCSIMUL allows, thanks to three integrated modules, with a unique and NC user-oriented ergonomy:

• reading and decoding of parts programs output from CAD/CAM softwares or manually written, their viewing and edition (VIEW module).
• simulation of metal removal on the part to be machined, from the rough stock definition, and the detailed verification of the result by dimensional control, sections generation, comparison to a CAD model (VERIFY module).
• simulation of the NC Machine-tool environment, including definition of geometric characteristics of each axis, limit ranges, tools compensations, NC Controllers specific functions, collision detection (MOVE module).
