BEASY(R) is a general-purpose engineering analysis code for solving a variety of stress, thermal/heat transfer, fracture mechanics, and electrostatic problems. Unlike most of the software packages available similiar to it, it is not a finite element based program. Instead it was boundary elements, which means the data preparation is sunstatially faster, the results more accurate, and the product integrates more readily with CAD systems.
BEASY includes its own pre and post processor, BEASY-IMS, and also supports interfaces with many popular CAD systems. The product is used mostly in mechanical, automotive, aerospace, and bio engineering to speed model creation and give reliable results simply.
