ZeuS is a finite/element program designed to analyze situations involving fast, transient loading. Examples include wave propagation, impact, penetration, perforation, hypervelocity impact, explosive loading. The code uses triangular elements in a four-triangle-per-quadrilateral configuration and hexahedral elements in 3D. It is designed for personal computers (IBM compatible running under DOS) and SGI workstations. Principal applications are in the defense, aerospace, nuclear power, chemical and education industries.
