ICM NASTRAN

ICM NASTRAN is a general purpose software program for finite element analysis which is equivalent in functionality with COSMIC(R) NASTRAN(R). Over a dozen types of analysis capabilities are provided, including linear static, nonlinear static and buckling, normal mode, dynamic response, heat transfer, and much more. Over 50 different finite elements are available, including rods, beams, plates, layered composites, shells, solids, and many more. An MCAE application interface is provided through ICM LYNX3(tm), which provides preprocessing visual verification of the FEM model and postprocessing graphical presentation of the FEA results. Already existing input data files for COSMIC(R) NASTRAN(R) are automatically modified for use with ICM LYNX3(tm) and ICM NASTRAN.
