L-Edit(tm)

L-Edit(tm) is an interactive, hierarchical, graphical mask layout editor for integrated circuit design. It is process-independent and can be set up for CMOS, GaAs and other technologies. It allows the use of standard cell libraries, user-built custom cell libraries, and full custom/analog design. L-Edit is offered with the following optional standard cell libraries: CMOS3Lib, SCMOSLib, AnaCMOSLib, DAC/ADCLib and RAM/ROMLib. Other features include:

• All-angle, 45 degree and orthogonal design modes.
• Fully hierarchical cell-based design.
• Unlimited layers, number of cells, and level of hierarchy.
• Floorplan and detail views.
