CDR License Manager

The CDR License Manager is an Object Oriented Network-wide Floating License Software which supports Site, Time-limited or Concurrent Usage licensing. When incorporated, it controls the access of the software and data based on the licensing policy specified. Access can be regulated from a single component of any software to multiple software products. CDR's License Manager supports both C and C++.
