TestGen(R)-C consists of Design Review Expert Assistant (DREA) and Unit Test Strategy Generator (UTSG).
The DREA prepares a software design review for each function based on analysis of CDADL pseudo-code. Each possible path through the design is described including the conditions required to transverse that specific path and the statements which comprise the path.
The UTSG analyzes executable C code to aid in preparing Unit Test procedures for each function. Users can select test strategies from the following techniques: complete path, total branch coverage, and structured (McCabe methodology).
