I had installed and started a MovableType blog yesterday, but Noufal mentioned that Wordpress seems to have AJA X, and is supposed to be pretty cool. Tried it out, and liked the clean interface and really simple 5-step install - a far cry from the histrionics required to get an MT blog up.
As far as features are concerned. WP has everything I would possibly need. Plus, it is free !
So, here is the new version, with all previous LJ Posts imported (Thanks to ljarchive for exporting and Vinit’s script for importing).
Still need to import the Blogger Posts, but that requires some server side installations which I need to ask the admins to do.
